Single Game Play

Does the AzucarMa Experience offer event set up?
We sure do! Unless otherwise specified, we will set up your event area. We arrive 45 mins prior to your event time.
What if I want to change one of the games in my paquete (pack)?
If a customer wants to switch out a game for another, as long as they are in the same class or lower, we can make it happen! If it isn't, than we can swap it out after the difference is paid.
Am I able to make changes to my scheduled reservation?
To ensure quality of service, customers are able to make changes to their reservation up until 3 days prior to their event. Customers can cancel their reservation up until 48hr prior to the date of and anytime after with a fee of 25%.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash and card. On the site, customers are able to use dual methods of payment. They can use their card to make a payment and pay the rest in full on the day of upon arrival.
Thanks to The AzucarMa Experience, I have everything for my party! Decorations, tableware...games! Would you happen to know a face painter or clown?
Yes!!! After your purchase, mention in the details that you would like this extended service and we are able to assist or accommodate.
